By accessing and using NexProTools (including all programmatic calculator engines, search indices, and admin sandbox editors), you explicitly agree to compile and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the tools.

2. Accuracy of Calculations (Disclaimer)

IMPORTANT REGULATORY NOTICE:

All calculations, projections, compound growth graphs, and amortization tables provided by NexProTools are intended solely for educational, exploratory, and general estimate purposes. They do not constitute certified professional financial, tax, or health advice. Users must independently consult qualified certified public accountants (CPAs), licensed brokers, or medical professionals before executing actions based on our outputs.

3. User License & Restrictions

Under this license, you are granted permission to access the calculators free of charge. You may not:

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to crawl our dynamic calculator config modules for bulk programmatic replications on competing portals.
Exploit our calculations engine or input fields to perform automated rate-limiting bypasses or DDOS requests.
Host modified standalone copies of the admin panel sandbox code without prior written consent.

4. SYNCHRONIZED STORAGE LIABILITY

While we utilize Google Firestore secure databases to sync custom variables, bookmarks, and scenarios, we are not liable for accidental data loss arising from client-side sessionStorage failures, browser caches clearing, or authentication session timeouts.

5. Termination of Usage

We reserve the right to unilaterally restrict user sessions, clear saved calculations logs, or block access to administrative config sandboxes in cases of terms violations, rate limit abuses, or security tempering behaviors.
